The role will involve the following:

  • Answer and directing incoming calls
  • Greeting Guests and directing them appropriately
  • Assisting potential clients with enquiries
  • Booking Vehicle in for Service and Recalls in ERA and Excel
  • General administration support duties

The successful candidate will need the following:

  • Full work rights in Australia
  • Proven Reception experience in a corporate environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi task
