Library Systems Support Officer

- Working Saturday every eight weeks
- Salary range: $69,620 to $74,884 per annum pro rata dependent upon skills and experience

About the role:
This customer service role works within a small team to support the community by maintaining and troubleshooting all library specific computer hardware and software, including the Library Management System, RFID Equipment, public computers and digital devices.
The person:
The successful applicant will have a strong customer service focus, well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and:
- a tertiary qualification in a related field or experience, expertise and competence relevant to the position;
- sound knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems, printers and other office equipment;
- sound knowledge of current developments in information technology relevant to libraries; and
- demonstrated can do attitude and ability to adapt and contribute positively to the team in a changing environment.
