Job Description:
- Greet and assist customers in finding their desired products.
- Provide product recommendations based on customers' preferences and needs.
- Aid customers throughout the purchasing process, including handling payments and packaging items.
- Assist with shop click-and-collect orders.
- Respond promptly to online customers' emails and phone inquiries.
- Process and evaluate returned items after sales.
- Ensure that all visual merchandise meets high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

The ideal candidate should:
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar retail sales role within a fast-paced/high-volume retail environment.
- Possess fluent English speaking skills, with knowledge of other languages being a plus.
- Be flexible to work a 7-day roster, including both weekdays and weekends.
