Retail Customer Service (Full Time/ Lidcombe)


 

Job Description:

  • Greet and assist customers in finding their desired products.
  • Provide product recommendations based on customers' preferences and needs.

  • Aid customers throughout the purchasing process, including handling payments and packaging items.
  • Assist with shop click-and-collect orders.
  • Respond promptly to online customers' emails and phone inquiries.
  • Process and evaluate returned items after sales.
  • Ensure that all visual merchandise meets high-quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar retail sales role within a fast-paced/high-volume retail environment.
  • Possess fluent English speaking skills, with knowledge of other languages being a plus.
  • Be flexible to work a 7-day roster, including both weekdays and weekends.
