The Client
Our client, who are industry leaders in the civil electrical & lighting sector, are currently looking for skilled Civil Labourers for projects based in the Gold Coast region.
The Role
The role will involve spotting earthmoving machinery in line with detailed plans under the guidance of experienced Leading Hands. There will also be manual labouring duties that could include detailing trenches with a shovel and moving materials around site. The role is Monday to Friday with some Saturday work as desired and Overtime available.
Benefits:
- Above award wages of $33/hr plus Penalties
- Daily allowances including Travel and Meal (where applicable)
- Long Term Projects
- A fulltime opportunity after 3 months
- Ability to upskill and learn from experienced team members
- You'll need previous experience in civil construction
- Experience with trenching
- Experience with Drainage or laying Conduit (beneficial)
- Construction White Card
- Your own PPE and reliable transport, and a valid driver's license.
- Strong work ethic
