Key Duties:

- Answer and Direct phone calls
- Maintain a filing system
- Manage all emails and enter into software system accordingly
- Communicate with colleagues, customers and insurance companies on a daily basis
- General office and admin duties
- Bookings
Experience:
- Sound product knowledge
- Previous experience in retail/customer service essential
- High standard of presentation.
- Customer relation skills
