Anadolu Smash Repair in St Mary's is seeking a receptionist to join our team.

If you are an enthusiastic candidate who enjoys working with minimal direction and providing professional service then we want to hear from you.

Remuneration will be discussed during the interview and based on experience.

Key Duties:

  • Time Management
  • Data Entry
  • Attention to detail
  • Answer and Direct phone calls
  • Maintain a filing system
  • Manage all emails and enter into software system accordingly
  • Communicate with colleagues, customers and insurance companies on a daily basis
  • General office and admin duties
  • Bookings

Experience:

  • Sound product knowledge
  • Previous experience in retail/customer service essential
  • High standard of presentation.
  • Customer relation skills
