The Administration Officer is responsible for maintaining day to day administrative services in order to meet legislative requirements and to support our planning and development operations. They will work collaboratively with specialists across the Development Assessment department and deliver excellent customer service to residents and other internal stakeholders.
To be successful, you will have a Certificate IV or equivalent in secretarial, business or office skills and proven administrative experience with good organisational and technical skills. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with the general public and within the organisation.
