How you will make an impact:
Cabrini’s Medical Imaging Department sees a variety of patients, incorporating outpatients, inpatients and ED patients across our Malvern and Brighton campuses.
As a Receptionist/Administration Assistant, you will deliver exceptional customer service and perform a range of general office duties to support the team. The position is part time - minimum of 3 days per week (ideally Mon/Tues/Fri) and flexibility is preferred to cover leave when required at Malvern & Brighton sites).
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Performing reception duties, data entry, invoicing, and offering hospitality and efficient services to all visitors and hospital staff
  • Maintaining confidentiality and respect with sensitive information
  • Answering telephones and other enquiries
  • Attending to patient requests, referring to the appropriate person if unable to assist
What you will bring to the role:
You will be enthusiastic and self-motivated to produce high-quality administrative support and also have the following:
  • Previous reception/office experience (preferably within healthcare and specifically medical imaging reception)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn patient administration software
  • Exceptional attention to detail, and ability to problem-solve
  • Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills and telephone manger
  • Adaptable to change within a busy, evolving service
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work efficiently, autonomously and respectfully within the team
