About the role
Join our team as a Café All-Rounder! We are seeking individuals who are passionate about coffee, present themselves well, and excel in providing exceptional customer service. As a Café All-Rounder, you will have the opportunity to showcase your barista skills and service our customers within the Melbourne CBD.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee, espresso, and other beverages.
- Assist in food preparation, including assembling sandwiches, salads, pastries, or baked goods.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the café.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the café team to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer experience.

About you
- Previous experience in a café or hospitality environment is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Coffee skills is a strong advantage
- Outstanding presentation and grooming skills, demonstrating a polished and professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
