In this full time position, your responsibilities will include:
- Inventory management - receiving, inspect and store incoming supplies
- Maintaining accurate records of stock level
- Conducting regular stocktakes
- Quality control of stock and supplies
- Ensuring the correct handling and storage if food and beverage
- Assist in cleaning and organising the function space after hours
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when needed

To be considered for this role you must have:
- Experience in a similar position ideally within the hospitality or function centre setting
- Knowledge of food safety and storage practices
- Certificate in Food Handling is essential
- Amazing teamwork skills
- Available to work various shifts including weekends and evenings
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
