Role is predominantly from home, after training.
Requirements is once per week in the office (either Parramatta or Wollongong) for the for the first 4 week (post training) and then once per month.
- Work from home role - 20hrs per week, shifts available Mon-Fri, between 8.30am and 5pm
- In person training in Parramatta from the 29th of Nov to 5th of Dec
- Monthly connection days required - just once per month, in either Parramatta or Wollongong
- $26.30 an hour + Super + Uncapped commissions + Employee Discounts

About the Role
As a Loyalty Sales Consultant, you will call recent guests of an Accor Hotel, inviting them to a FREE night at our hotels, as well as enjoying up to 50% off Accor room bookings & dinning, if they agree to sign up to our Loyalty Member Program.
Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be part of the Accor Plus Sales team, helping grow the Accor Plus Membership program across Australia. More specifically, you will:
- Make outbound calls from your home, to verified leads, who have stayed at an Accor hotel
- Use Accor Plus sales techniques to discover needs & close sales
- Ask our customers & members for any referrals they’d like to recommend
About You
No previous sales experience required! Our ideal candidate needs to be a people person, who loves connecting with customers over the phone. To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be comfortable making outbound calls, to recent guests of Accor Hotels
- Excited about working in a sales environment, with achievable targets
- Able to attend in person training at our Parramatta office from Nov 29th to Dec 5th
- Comfortable coming to the Parramatta or Wollongong office once per week for your first 4 weeks post training, and then just once per month after your first month on the job
