THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for making warm outbound and inbound calls to existing customers to book in services and support with their enquiries. Your duties will include but are not limited to;
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries and booking in services
- Provide a high level of service and eduaction to customers helping them understand the value of their systems
- Build and retain long term relationships with customers
- Liaise with internal operations team to ensure timely and accurate service to the customer base.
YOU WILL HAVE:
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Previous sales or customer service experience in a contact centre or customer facing environment
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills including the ability to tailor your communication for various stakeholders
- Self-driven and eager to achieve daily KPIs and targets
- Ability to work both in a team and autonomously
- Proven commitment to personal and career growth and desire to develop your skillset with a market-leading business.
