8D/6R (day shift only) + FIFO Perth

Role overview:

The Operations Tech Officer will support the Operations Team by leading process improvement with an integrated team approach. Efficient, high quality, safe and compliant processes are critical to the success of our team improving: this role will be responsible for managing the operational process suite and leading change in this area.

The Processes such as iAuditor. Work Management and Safe Work Instructions. The Operations Tech Officer serves as a process management resource within the Operations Department, assisting in the development of standards, tools, and training for the Department. The Operations Tech Officer reports to the Operations Superintendent and works closely with Operations Leadership on key operational improvement initiatives. These functions are performed in accordance with FMG and CC Operating philosophy, policies, procedures, and standards.

Key responsibilities include: (max 6 bullet points)

  • Oversee management of contract partners
  • Develop and management standardised systems of work
  • Manage iAuditor inspection processes
  • Manage equipment standards and maintenance

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years processing experience
  • 2+ years supervision experience
